1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 30-day window for return requests, starting from the day you receive your order.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must remain in its original delivered condition

  • Unused, unworn, and with all original tags attached (if applicable)

  • Contained in the original packaging

  • Accompanied by a valid order number or proof of purchase

2. Starting a Return

Once your request is authorized:

  • We will send you a return shipping label

  • Detailed instructions on where and how to ship your package will be provided

Important Note: Any items sent back to us without a prior return request and formal authorization will not be accepted.

3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your shipment upon arrival. If the item is found to be defective, damaged, or the incorrect model, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the concern and resolve it for you.

4. Non-Returnable Items and Exceptions

Certain products are excluded from our return policy, including:

  • Perishable items (such as food, plants, or flowers)

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Personal care goods (such as beauty or hygiene products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Original shipping costs paid at checkout

Additionally, we do not accept returns for:

  • Gift cards

5. Exchanges

The most efficient way to secure a replacement is to:

  • Return the item you currently have

  • Once the return is finalized, place a separate order for the new item

6. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders delivered to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days for any reason, without justification.

Conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and with tags

  • In its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase must be provided

This right is honored alongside our standard 30-day policy.

7. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned package, we will update you on the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • The refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the transaction to be processed

Keep in mind that financial institutions may require additional time to reflect the credit on your statement.

8. Return Address

You must obtain a return shipping label provided by FreshJuiceBlender before sending any items back.
